1. Warm Micellar Oil by rubbing the formula between your hands.
2. Take several deep breaths of the aroma, bringing your palms close to your nose.
3. Next, perform the 7+ nodal activation technique to help improve lymphatic circulation, reduce fluid retention, and promote toxin elimination.
・Using your fingertips, make circular movements by gently pressing in the clavicular depression (1) from the sternum to the shoulder, and on both sides of the neck (2).
・In the armpits (3), raise the arm and make circular movements.
・In the cisterna chyli (4), located in the upper abdomen, use rhythmic downward and inward movements with deep breathing.
・Finally, in the groin (5), knees (6), and ankles (7), make circular movements with your fin- gers to stimulate the corresponding nodes.
・As an additional point, work on 9RM - Shui Fen (+), located on finger width above the navel, using circular movements to the right.
